Crabby Events realizes that a child’s event is a special moment, but most families have budgetary constraints, and that is why we offer multiple pricing options. 

Facilitation Pricing*

With the facilitation of the event Crabby Events has two forms of payment options which would be agreed on by both our event staff and parents of the special child.

  • Hourly:  Have Crabby Events’ event staff come and assist you a specific amount of time prior to your event to set up and stay a set amount of time after the event to help with clean up.  The event staff will provide our facilitation services during the child’s event and payment will be based on the amount of hours that the event runs plus the agreed upon time requested for set-up and clean up.  Rates vary between $25-70 per hour dependent on number of guests and services needed during event.
  • Flat Fee: This would be an amount agreed on by both Crabby Events staff and parents.  Of course in the calculation of this fee we will consider guest count, hours required, and services requested during facilitation of the event.

Full-Service Event Planning*

The pricing for full service event planning is very flexible.  Crabby Events is attempting to make their service accessible to all budgets and has created pricing systems to do so.

For full service event planning Crabby Events offers a percentage of expenses plus hourly fee option.  This option allows most parents to budget this service into the overall budget for their child’s events.  Most parents overspend when creating the events themselves, but this option allows parents to know exactly how much will be spent on the event.  For a more detail cost estimate or explanations of this form of pricing please contact us.
